Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the ZOCREST website. Services we provide to a client are governed by a separate written engagement letter.
Website information
The site gives general information about our accounting and bookkeeping services. It is not tax, legal, investment or other professional advice for your circumstances. Get advice from an appropriately qualified professional before acting on matters that require it.
Requests and engagements
Sending a request, booking a callback or uploading files does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity or oblige us to perform services. We review your needs before proposing an engagement, and the scope, fee, responsibilities, deliverables and timing are agreed in writing before work begins.
You are responsible for giving us accurate contact information and for having authority to share information and documents on behalf of your business. Do not type passwords, full account numbers or Social Security numbers into the request form.
Uploading documents
After sending a request you may upload documents through the secure upload for 24 hours. Upload only documents you are entitled to share, in the accepted formats, and nothing that contains malicious code. Files are deleted from this website after 30 days. If you prefer another method, email support@zocrest.com and we will arrange one.
Free tools
The deadline radar, IRS notice decoder, credits and refunds finder and lender readiness check give general information to help you decide what to ask us. They are not tax, legal or lending advice, they do not review your records, and they run in your browser until you choose to send a request. Deadlines shown are federal deadlines for calendar-year filers; disaster relief, fiscal years and state rules can change them.
Timing and outcomes
Same-day, 24-hour and other expedited timelines depend on the engagement's scope, complete and usable records, transaction volume, complexity, timely access and review requirements. We confirm the delivery plan in writing after assessing those factors. This website does not guarantee any completion time, tax outcome, refund, audit result, filing acceptance, loan approval or financial result. Bookkeeping work does not by itself extend a filing deadline or satisfy a filing obligation. Credits and refunds are claimed only after we confirm eligibility, and lender-ready statements present your actual results; we do not inflate figures.
Professional scope
ZOCREST is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Services that require a professional license, such as tax return preparation by a credentialed preparer or legal advice, are performed only by individuals licensed to provide them and are set out in the engagement letter. Representation before the IRS, where needed, requires a separate written authorization. ZOCREST does not perform audits or other attest services through this website.
Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, send abusive or fraudulent requests, or use the form to send unsolicited advertising. We may restrict access or decline requests that misuse the service.
Content and availability
Website content and branding belong to ZOCREST or their respective rights holders. Sample figures, timelines and printouts shown on the site are illustrations, not records of a specific client engagement. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but information can change and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or completeness. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how we handle information collected through this website. Any process for exchanging financial records is agreed as part of the engagement.
